How It Works
How It Works:
The ground just a few feet below grade is warmer than the outside air in the winter and cooler in the summer. By Inserting a series of small pipes into the ground allows heat to be transferred to and from your home. In this process heat is not created, it is simply transferred using heat pumps.

Winter Operation:
The underground ground loops, circulate a water and antifreeze mixture which absorbs the heat from the earth and returns it to the indoor heat pump. The heat pump extracts the heat from the liquid then distributes it throughout your home either as warm air or warm radiant water. With the heat removed, the water is re-circulated to collect more heat from the ground

Lets work together to help keep the future bright for our children:
An EPA study has determined geothermal is the most environmentally friendly heating/cooling system. The United States National Renewable Energy Laboratory concluded that geothermal energy is more efficient and cost effective compared with conventional residential systems.
